To assure that you get the most out of your cleanse, we suggest modifying your diet up to a week before you begin. This allows your system to achieve the most dramatic results.
In place of these items, we suggest you consume 80% raw foods, fresh fruit and vegetables, along with an ample amount of water to keep you hydrated. To introduce the juices to your system before cleansing, you can also drink two to four cold pressed juices during the day and enjoy a dinner consisting of salad and steamed vegetables and along with lean protein.
An ideal way to prepare for your cleanse is to have 2 to 4 cold-pressed juices during the day and have a dinner consisting of a large salad with steamed vegetables. You can eat as much fresh fruits and vegetables as you like as well as lean protein, free-range chicken, wild salmon or a bean and sprouted grain dish.
Drinking a juice every two to three hour ensures that you are flooding your body with rich nutrition throughout the day.

We suggest your dietary goal is to maintain an alkalinity of 7.36 as your body performs best when the blood is slightly alkaline.
The body’s pH is measured on a scale of 0–14. At 7.36 your pH is balanced and anything below 7.36 too acidic. An acidic body is prone to fatigue, stress and inflammation, and can experience the loss of lean muscle mass and weight gain. Keeping your body’s alkalinity at 7.36 or above is optimal—and achievable with a balanced diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruit and cold pressed green juice.
