The duration of a cleanse varies based on your current level of health and prior experience with cleansing and cold pressed juice. We offer four options for beginners and expert cleansers alike. Before a Cleanse

To ensure you get the best results from your cleanse, we suggest modifying your diet up to a week before you begin.

We recommend eliminating:
  • Caffeine
  • Alcohol
  • Nicotine
  • Refined Sugar
  • Wheat
  • Processed Foods

In place of these items, we suggest consuming 80% raw foods, including fresh fruit and vegetables and an ample amount of water to keep you hydrated. To introduce the juices to your system before cleansing, you can also drink two to four cold pressed juices during the day and enjoy a dinner consisting of salad, steamed vegetables and a serving of lean protein.

Drinking a juice every two to three hours ensures that you flood your body with rich nutrition throughout the day.

Water is extremely important during your cleanse as it flushes your organs and blood system of toxins. Juices drench your body with live nutrients, encouraging your cells to release toxins and allowing the water to carry them away.

As you become a more experienced cleanser, you will learn how your body responds best. The process of periodic cleansing will become easier over time and your results will enhance every time you cleanse.

For the best results during your cleanse:
  • Drink all of your daily cold-pressed juices in the order as directed
  • Drink your bodyweight in ounces of water daily
  • Drink one juice every 2½ to 3 hours
  • Rest when you’re tired
  • Exercise lightly to promote blood circulation; try yoga, deep breathing and gentle cardio
  • Exfoliate your skin, take saunas and hot baths

  • Drink your body weight in ounces of water daily
  • Exercise regularly

Alkalinity

We suggest your dietary goal be to maintain an alkalinity of 7.36, as your body performs best when the blood is slightly alkaline.

The body’s pH is measured on a scale of 0–14. At 7.36 your pH is balanced and anything below 7.36 too acidic. An acidic body is prone to fatigue, stress and inflammation, and can experience a loss of lean muscle mass and weight gain. Keeping your body’s alkalinity at 7.36 or above is optimal and achievable with a balanced diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruit and cold pressed green juice.

Alkalization is the process of alkalizing your body, allowing it to thrive and ward off disease.

To achieve an optimal alkaline balance:
  • Drink nutrient-dense, live green juices full of chlorophyll
  • Drink your body weight in ounces of pure water per day
  • Maintain 80% of your diet with fresh fruits and vegetables
